Daphne Jones-Black, FNP-BC, is a board-certified and highly accomplished family nurse practitioner, certified case manager, and certified occupational hearing conservationist. Daphne leads the expert team at Heart of Hope Housecalls, a patient-centered practice specializing in telehealth and house calls around the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex region of Texas.
Daphne’s educational journey began at Concorde Career Institute-Arlington, where she completed a vocational nursing program that laid the groundwork for her career. She further honed her nursing skills at Excelsior University in Albany, New York, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing in 2011.
Driven by a passion for nursing and a commitment to excellence, Daphne continued her education at Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois, where she achieved a bachelor’s degree as a registered nurse in 2014.
With a thirst for knowledge and a desire to expand her scope of practice, she pursued a master’s degree in family practitioner nursing at Chamberlain University, solidifying her expertise in primary and ambulatory care delivery.
Daphne has earned a reputation as a strategic nursing leader with a focus on achieving award-winning patient experiences.
